Sign up for individual/family membership online, in person or over the phone.
Call or make an appointment online for an exam.
Pick out your eyewear and enjoy the SAVINGS! You are responsible for paying the balance at the time the service is provided.

Is this an insurance plan?
No, this is not an insurance plan. Our preferred pricing plan provides you with discounted prices on a wide range of healthcare services and products; you will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received. Unfortunately if you have an insurance we work we directly you will not be able to become a member. Please call us for the details.
Can I include dependents on my plan?
Yes, one of the wonderful features of our preferred pricing plan is that your household, up to 4 people, can receive the discounts; even children living at college!
How do I renew my memebership?
The membership will automatically renew at the end of the membership term. For questions on the renewal policy, or if your membership is not set on automatic renewal, please contact the office to renew your membership at 215.422.3636.
How do I cancel my membership?

Do you have to be a member to get services from the practice?
No. We encourage everyone to join the membership to get access to the member preferred pricing on goods and services. Non members can still get these services but will have to pay full retail price.
Do you take any insurance?
Yes we still take some vision and most medical insurances. Please call our office to see if we work with your insurance directly.
